Yes, we are back to having meetings! Our next meeting will take place on our usual date — April 23rd — but we will be meeting online via the Zoom teleconference app. We will also be starting just a little later — 6:45 pm. Chris will send out an email with the link and password for the meeting the day before.
All of us need to stay safe, so for right now, we are not planning any face-to-face meetings. We are discussing doing some virtual meetings and testing out some options. As soon as we have news, we'll let you know!
Meanwhile, everyone, stay home, stay safe, and stay connected virtually!
Chris will show us how to record your screen with the native features of MacOS and iOSi.
Chris will demonstrate how to use the native features of your operating system to make a recording of your screen actions. Have a friend who has a question about how to do something on a Mac or iOSi device? Just record the screen and send them the video.
We will also look at ScreenFlow, a professional application for making screen recordings on the Mac. This is a great program for those who need a full-featured video editor as well as a screen recording program. It is customized for those who make demos.
We'll meet at the Metrum Credit Union at 6:30 pm on Thursday, February 27th.
2020 Presentation Archives
If you have content related to meetings or presentations made in 2019 please post them as part of 2019 Presentations section of this website (i.e. this section)
Do This:
We'll be playing with the new features in iOSi 13 and iPadOS that let you enhance your digital assets with even more tools. The new video editing possibilities are really great! This is also the meeting where we talk about what we want to learn in 2020, so bring lots of ideas!
Join us on Thursday, October 24, for a close-up look at the new iPhone 11. Mark will be sharing his experiences with this new model and giving us the lowdown on its features.
As usual, we will be meeting at the Metrum Credit Union at 6:30 pm. Hope to see you there!
It's rare for a photo to turn out perfectly, so what do you use to edit your photos to get the look you want? Join us on Thursday, September 26, to give us your two cents on this issue. You can bring "before and after" photos, but what we really want to see is what your favorite software is capable of doing and how you got to the final edit. It doesn't matter if it's desktop software or iOSi software, Apple or third party — just plan to demo your go-to program.
We hope to see you on Thursday at Metrum Credit Union, 6:30 pm!
